Whether you are out at work, going shopping for the day or are just unable to walk your dog, let us take care of it for you. Dog walking Wokingham will collect your dog, take them for an energetic 60 minute walk (excluding travelling time) and return them to your home, tired, socialised and happy.

Dogs require both mental and physical stimulation and it has been shown that the lack of these stimuli can often cause behavioural problems such as barking, chewing etc.

 

During our daily walks your dogs will get the chance to have a really good run around whilst interacting with both the walker and the other dogs. The locations and/or the routes taken are varied so that the walks always remain interesting. Group dog walking could therefore provide a good proportion of the social interaction and physical exercise your dog needs. Your dogs should then return home happy, tired and just about ready for a good rest!

 

All dogs will undergo a free assessment prior to joining Dog Walking Wokingham. This places you under no obligation, just the opportunity to meet with the walker before you make any decisions.

 

If you wish to go ahead with our walking service, your dog may then be walked on a 1 to 1 basis for the first few walks, just so the walker can get to know your dog and how it reacts in different situations. Your dog will then either be;

• placed in a 'pack' with those of a similar temperament or the ability to bring your dog on

 

OR

​

• recommended for '1 to 1 walks'. Any issues that arise will be discussed with you in detail.

 

We walk no more than six dogs in any 'pack', although we try to keep our regular groups to four dogs. This is because we feel more able to provide the dogs with the well deserved time and affection they need.
